A Guide for Customers: How to Place and Pick Up Farm-Fresh Products
The Ordering Process:
Orders are submitted on a weekly basis.
This system helps us manage inventory efficiently and guarantees that you receive the freshest products possible.
Weekly ordering also enables us to provide additional raw milk products like cream, butter, yogurt and more fresh products.
Orders must be placed through the website each week, either as a one-time purchase or through an automatic subscription.
For one-time orders, select your items and submit your order before the weekly deadline.
Alternatively, there is a weekly or bi-weekly subscription option that allows you to pay ahead and automatically receive the same order each week.
If you choose to place orders and pay through Venmo I will have my code for you to scan when you check out.
The Pickup Process:
All of raw milk products are exclusively sold in glass jars. When picking up your order, bring a CLEAN BALL half-gallon mason jar to exchange for each jar of milk.
Other dairy products in glass jars are: yogurt, ghee, cream and Kefir. These are sold in half-pint, pint and quart BALL glass jars. You will then you use the same process as milk and exchange a CLEAN BALL half-pint, pint or quart glass jar. This reduces waste and ensures our farm-fresh dairy stays fresher longer.
If You Don’t Have a Clean Jar to Exchange, We Can Sell You one for:
Half-Pint and Pint Jars – $5 each
Quart and Half Gallon Jars – $8 each
WE REQUEST ALL JARS ONLY BE USED FOR DAIRY PRODUCTS!
We Request All Jars Be Returned CLEAN with the Hidden Creek Farm Lid.
